Ingredients

Icing Sugar 185g

Unsalted Butter 1 tablespoon

Milk or Water 5 tablespoon

Food Colouring

 

Method

Sift the sugar into a bowl

Add milk/water and softened butter

Now add colour

Stir to a thick paste and when ready to use, microwave to a pourable consistency

Variations

Citrus add lemon or orange juice instead of water and colour with food colouring

Chocolate  Add 4 teaspoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of water

Strawberry Add strawberry essence and pink colouring

Passionfruit Add passionfruit pulp instead of water
