Ingredients

Caster Sugar 15g

Unsalted Butter 25g

Dark Cooking Chocolate 150g

Water 3 tablespoons

Method

Heat butter, sugar and water until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until combined.

Leave to cool and pour over cake.
