Butter                                           150g

Dark chocolate                            300g

Brown sugar                                330g

Eggs                                              4

Plain flour                                    150g

Sour cream                                  120g

Hazelnuts (toasted & chopped)  100g

 

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius

Line a 10 x 8 inch lamington tray with baking paper

Combine butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until melted

In a seperate bowl combine eggs and sugar with a whisk, add the sour cream and nuts

Pour the chocolate and butter into the egg mixture

Mix well with a wooden spoon

Bake for about 30 mins and check the centre with a skewer for doneness (times may vary)
