Ingredients
350g White chocolate pieces
225g butter
600ml water
3 eggs
400g brown sugar
400g self raising flour
Method
Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius.
Over low heat melt together chocolate pieces, water and butter. Remove and cool slightly.
In a large bowl lightly beat eggs and add chocolate mix. Whisk the sugar and flour into the chocolate mix and whisk until smooth.
Pour into pan (cake mix will be runny)
Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
